Australian Government Scholarships (International)
Graduate Research School
Aim to contribute to long-term development needs of Australia's partner countries to promote good governance, economic growth and human development. The scheme provides people with the necessary skills and knowledge to drive change and influence the development outcomes of their own country, through obtaining tertiary qualifications at participating Australian institutions.
Provide scholarships for postgraduate studies in Australia and for short-term fellowship opportunities in specialised research study or for professional attachments through participating Australian organisations.
The Endeavour Scholarships and Fellowships is an internationally competitive, merit-based scholarship program that forms part of the Australian Government's Australia Awards initiative. A range of fellowships and awards are available for study in Australia for international applicants from participating countries, including:
- Endeavour Postgraduate Scholarship
- Endeavour Research Fellowship (Including Australia Cheung Kong and Australia India Education Council)
- Endeavour Executive Fellowship
- Endeavour Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Scholarship
To be eligible for an Endeavour Postgraduate Scholarship, applicants must have gained admission to a Masters or PhD course in Australia. For further information on eligibility requirements and participating countries, refer to the Endeavour Scholarships and Fellowships webpage.
Please note: Applications for the Endeavour Postgraduate Scholarship are made directly to the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations, applications are not submitted to UNSW
