Semester 2, 2013 Domestic Research Candidate Scholarships

Applications for Semester 2 2013 Domestic Research Scholarships will be open to midnight AEST on Friday 24 May 2013.

Application outcomes - it is expected that candidates will be advised of application outcomes from mid-July 2013

Dates for future application rounds:
As a broad guideline, applications for Semester 1 Domestic research candidate scholarships will normally open in September in the preceding year, and, from 2013, applications for Semester 2 Domestic research candidate scholarships will normally open in April (and close mid/end May) of the year for which the scholarships are being awarded

UNSW offers scholarships to domestic postgraduate researchers of exceptional research potential to undertake a higher degree by research at UNSW

UNSW Research Excellence Awards
$29 - $35, 000
Australian Postgraduate Award (APA)/ University Postgraduate Award (UPA) plus a Faculty top-up scholarship
$25 - $30, 000
Australian Postgraduate Award (APA)/ University Postgraduate Award (UPA)
$24,653
Recipients of the following awards will be selected from eligibile applicants. There is no need to submit a separate application.
Faculty Postgraduate Award
 
University College Postgraduate Research Scholarship- approx $24, 928 (available at the UNSW Canberra campus only)

Australian School of Business Research Scholarship- approx $30, 000

 

Applicants for Domestic Research candidate Scholarships will need the following three documents, available for download under 'Related Links'
