UNSW welcomes applications from outstanding Australian and international early and mid-career researchers who are able to build capacity in areas of research strength.  There are currently around 600 Postdoctoral Researchers at UNSW - their contributions and research performance are a key component of UNSW’s research strategy.

We are committed to providing a world-class environment, resources and support to assist Postdoctoral Researchers to develop as independent researchers and achieve their research and career goals.

The Postdoctoral Fellowships listed below are supported by a range of Australian Government agencies, research organisations and some international agencies who support fellowships in Australia.

Applicants who are interested in applying for any of the fellowships at UNSW should check the closing dates, and contact the relevant Head of School to ensure that appropriate space and resources are available to support the fellowship if successful.
