Pradeep Kanta Ray is a specialist in the field of teaching and research in international business at the School of Management and Governance, UNSW School of Business. His research concerns operations of multinational companies, disruptive innovations for the base of the pyramid, and internationalisation strategies latecomer and emerging market firms. His publications include a research book titled FDI and industrial organization in developing countries: The challenge of globalization in India (Routledge 2010). He has peer reviewed papers in international journals including the World Development, Technovation, Journal of World Business, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Energy, Regional Studies Regional Science, and has contributions in research books. Pradeep obtained his PhD in international business from University of Western Australia in 1999. He has 10 years industry experience in senior roles in multinational organizations in India including EMI Music Ltd.
