Dr Bich Tran joined the Centre for Big Data Research in Health in 2015 as an Associate Research Fellow. Her current project is to investigate indicators of potentially preventable hospitalisation and readmission.
Sanja is a Lecturer in Biostatistics at the newly established Centre for Big Data Research in Health. Prior to joining UNSW, she worked as a Lecturer in Biostatistics at the University of Western Sydney.
Dr Katie Harris is a Research Fellow in Biostatistics in the National Perinatal Epidemiology and Statistics Unit, Centre for Big Data Research in Health and School of Women's and Children's Health, Faculty of Medicine, UNSW.
Nusrat Homaira is a Lecturer-Paediatric Epidemiology with the Discipline of Paediatrics, School of Women’s and Children’s Health at UNSW Australia. Nusrat is the Faculty Focal Point, Grand Challenge on Refugees and Migrants, UNSW.
I am currently doing a PhD on spatial modelling of Avian Influenza viruses in birds and humans. I have completed a Bachelor of Veterinary Science from USYD (2012) and a Masters of International Public Health from UNSW (2015).
Dr Magnolia Cardona-Morrell has a background in Medicine from Latin America with Australian postgraduate qualifications in Public Health (MPH) and Applied Epidemiology (PhD and Grad Dipl Appl Epidemiology).
Research Interests: In the field of perinatal and neonatal medicine with a particuplar interest in the clinical epidemiology in the short term and long term outcomes of newborns needing intensive care.
