Rejoinders and Response to Assessors

We expect the ARC and the NHMRC to invite researchers to respond to external assessments for the following schemes as per the dates below:

ARC
  • Discovery Projects (DP13): May-June 2012
  • Discovery Early Career Researcher Awards (DE13): June-July 2012
  • Discovery Indigenous (DI13): June-July 2012
  • Linkage Infrastructure, Equipment and Facilities (LE13): June-July 2012
NHMRC
  • Interviews for Research Fellowships are scheduled from 25 – 27 June 2012
  • Interviews for Practitioner Fellowships are scheduled from 2 – 4 July 2012
  • Project Grants (PG13): July – August 2012

CIAs should ensure they are available during the timeframes above to respond to assessments, and if not, should make arrangements for a member of the project team to provide the response.

Each CIA will receive an invitation to respond to assessments at the beginning of the response period – ARC applicants will receive advice via the Grants Management Office, NHMRC applicants will receive advice directly from the NHMRC.

Strategic advice for helping you respond to your assessments will be provided by the Research Strategy Office. Details will be advised once the due dates are known. Compliance and eligibility support will be made available throughout the response periods by the Grants Management Office.  Please view the Rejoinder/Response to Assessors Resource Page for initial preparation tips.
