Qian Fang received her PhD in Social Policy in 2018. She is a post-doctoral researcher at Social Policy Research Centre, University of New South Wales. Her research approach is to study social policy through the lens of social service nongovernment organisations (NGOs). Her research combines Chinese and Australian comparative analysis with particular focus on cultural responsiveness of social services and international Chinese community comparative research. Another line of her research is Chinese social policy analysis and comparative analysis of disability policies in China and Australia.
