Orientation to Research introduces UNSW from a researcher’s perspective, with a focus on UNSW’s 2025 research strategy.

Key staff from the Division of Research including the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research), the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Research), the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Research Training) and the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Research Infrastructure) will provide an overview of the research environment; strategy, expectations, and the support available in developing your career, followed by a panel discussion by key senior staff from the Division.

Orientation to Research is an essential introduction for research academics and administrators new to UNSW.

Orientation to Research will be held each semester with the next one on Tuesday 25 October, 2016 from 10.00am to 1.00pm Council Chambers, The Chancellery, UNSW Kensington Campus. Kensington Campus Map Ref. C22 (enter via steps facing Michael Birt Gardens).
