Biography

Gib Uraipong received her PhD in Food Chemistry from the University of New South Wales (UNSW). Gib Uraipong received her PhD in Food Chemistry from the University of New South Wales (UNSW). She worked in three related areas of food chemistry, food analysis (inc. immunodiagnostics) and food safety (inc. food allergies and allergens), and served as a Research Associate for the ARC Training Centre for Advanced Technologies in Food Manufacture (ATFM) before joining Salivary Bioscience Research Centre (SBRC). Gib has 10 years of experince with numerous laboratory including the protein extraction and analysis, ELISAs, HPLC, and LC-MS/MS. She provides her extensive technical expertise in conducting bioanalytical salivary assays and delivering saliva testing output to network lab users.
