Biography
Lei is a Research Fellow (FSI project) in Dr. Boyer's group at the School of Chemical Engineering. Lei’s research interests particularly focus on the development and application of stimuli-responsive polymers, functional coatings, emulsion templated materials, nano-particles fabrication & self-assembling, and fire-retardant materials.

- Emulsion (Pickering emulsion, HIPE) templated materials (Membranes, colloidosome, hollow/porous particles)
- Nano-particles fabrication & self-assembling (Microgels, latex, AuNPs and MOFs)
- Living controlled polymerization (ATRP, RAFT and living anionic polymerization)
