My Research Activities
I specialize in studying internet culture, online communities, and the interplay of technology-enabled communication in societal dynamics, with a keen focus on crisis periods. My work revolves around how ICT shapes dialogues between organizations and the public, steering decisions and responses during turbulent times. With a profound grasp of the dynamics of online social networks, I delve into behaviors unique to Internet culture, such as online polarization. Furthermore, my research extends to exploring the facets of digital citizenship and the intricacies of cybersecurity, making significant contributions to the Information Systems (IS) and digital governance domains.
