I am an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Postgraduate Teaching Fellow in the Department of Exercise Physiology, School of Health Sciences, UNSW.
I am a current Masters of Science by Research Candidate, with my current research focusing on exploring the health-related benefits of classical ballet as a form of social activity for older adults. I am a current Masters of Science by Research Candidate, with my current research focusing on exploring the health-related benefits of classical ballet as a form of social activity for older adults. I am interested in both functional and biomechanical perspectives of classical ballet analysis. As a teacher in the tertiary sector, I focus on undergraduate courses in clinical exercise physiology skills, biomechanics, and movement instruction and analysis.
