Mr Matthew Nelson

Biography

Matthew lectures in evidence and criminal law. He has more than ten years’ experience in practice, including as a federal prosecutor and as a solicitor for a number of state and federal government agencies. He has also worked on key reform projects at the NSW Law Reform Commission and the Australian Human Rights Commission. Matthew was also based in the United Kingdom for several years, assisting in the representation of victims of genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity in international and domestic criminal proceedings.
