Belinda is currently working part-time as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the School of Optometry and Vision Science, supporting public health research projects which focus on improving the health system management of chronic eye diseases in Australia. Belinda is also working part-time at the Kirby Institute as a Project Officer in the Biostatistics and Databases Program, supporting funded research projects which use modelling to inform health interventions to control sexually transmitted infections.

In 2021, Belinda finalised her PhD in Health Systems Research through UNSW Medicine (The George Institute), and she has previously been awarded a dual Master in Pubic Health and Health Management from UNSW. Belinda has worked in a range of public health roles, including research and program delivery. She has successfully coordinated projects in primary care, hospital, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health settings.

Evaluation of chlamydia screening programs in Australia, Control of STIs in remote Indigenous populations.
