Recruiting PhD students: Glycopolymer interactions with blood vessels

Megan is seeking expressions of interest from talented candidates to work with her to understand how glycopolymer biomaterials interact with the blood vessel interface, an extracellular matrix at the surface of endothelial cells. These findings have implications for the discovery of effective treatments for vascular complications associated with conditions such as diabetes and cancer.  This project is suited to candidates interested in developing their skills in biomaterials, biochemistry and biophysics and interested in working on a collaborative project with Synedgen Inc.

An attractive scholarship package is available for domestic candidates who meet the eligibility criteria (Australian citizen or permanent resident and hold the equivalent of a First-class Honours degree in Engineering, Science or related field).
