Biography
Karen is an Early Career Academic Fellow in the School of Marketing at UNSW Business School. She has a broad research interest in services and technology, for example, her doctoral research focuses on social support in digital health services. She has experience teaching various courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, such as marketing research, services marketing, and business analytics courses.
