I'm a Scientific writer and editor, currently working as an Education officer at the Museum of Human Disease. The Museum hosts 1,500 specimens of unhealthy body parts. It is a unique collection, which serves as an invaluable resource for teachers throughout NSW.

I am passionate about science. I have an extensive experience in research with a PhD in biology and 24 published scientific articles focusing on the importance of microbes for the health and wellbeing of higher organisms.

Within the Museum, I'm in charge of delivering educational programs to High school students, maintaining our exhibits and posters up-to-date, welcoming the public, and contributing to the proper functioning of the Museum. We're open on weekdays, from 10am until 4pm, including during the school holidays. We only close during public holidays and the annual UNSW shut-down. Come and visit us!
