Marek has been working within aviation since the early 90's and holds an MSc and a PhD from UNSW, where he is lecturing Air Traffic Management. Marek has been working within aviation since the early 90's and holds an MSc and a PhD from UNSW, where he is lecturing Air Traffic Management. He worked for the Swiss ANSP skyguide, where he held different operational and managerial roles and was responsible for the Operations at the Zurich TWR/APP unit and then ATM Director for Zurich. Following his move to Scandinavia he provided consulting services to institutional, regulatory and commercial actors worldwide before he joined the ANSP ACR as SVP for Europe and CEO for some regional start-up's.
