Biography

Charlotte is an Associate Lecturer in the Built Environment, within the faculty of Arts, Design & Architecture. Charlotte specialises in computational design, robotic fabrication and 3D printing for architecture and construction. Charlotte is an Associate Lecturer in the Built Environment, within the faculty of Arts, Design & Architecture. Charlotte specialises in computational design, robotic fabrication and 3D printing for architecture and construction. Charlotte is the director of the Robotic Fabrication Minor Specialisation for the Bachelor of Design. This minor is the first of its kind being taught at an undergraduate level.  Charlotte holds a Bachelors Degree in Computational Design (2018) and A Masters by Research in the Built Environment (2022) which investigates the use of collaborative robotics and anthropomorphic end-effectors for use in the construction industry. Her current research investigates 3D printing for architecture, novel materials for construction and circular economy principles.
