Prior to joining the teaching profession, Paul held management and marketing positions in the banking, telecommunications, marketing research and public sectors, and later with an international management consultancy firm.

Research Interests:
Primary health care and medical education. Specific interests are factors influencing patient and health provider behaviour in primary care, and general practice education.

Youngdeok joined the School of Accounting in July 2009 as Lecturer. Prior to his appointment in UNSW, he taught financial accounting in MBA program at KAIST Business School in Seoul.
