The UNSW Research Strategy Office (RSO) will present a 2-hour information session on the NHMRC Development Grants.
The workshop will consist of a presentation on the major elements of the scheme by Associate Professor Laurent Rivory of the RSO. It will:
- Outline the principal characteristics of the scheme
- Compare and contrast with NHMRC Project Grants
This will be followed by a presentation from Jim Henderson (New South Innovations) on what makes a commercially-credible proposal for this scheme, including how to define a product, how to estimate the market value and establish development timelines.
The workshop will be attended by staff from the RSO, NSi as well as the Grants Management Office (GMO).
