Variation
This Variation Agreement should be used where UNSW is seeking to amend an existing agreement. (Principal Agreement). This agreement can be used for the following type of variations/amendments:
- Changes to Project Start or End dates
- Increase in funding (Incoming Funds)
- Increase in Fees Payable (Outgoing Funds)
The Research Grants and Contracts office can assist with preparing a Variation Agreement. A Variation Agreement would be executed by the Director of Research Grants and Contracts.
