Collaborative Research Agreement - Single Party (no grant funding)
The Collaborative Research Agreement (no grant funding) can be used where UNSW is entering into a collaboration with a single external party to conduct a research project where UNSW will be the primary site for the conduct of the research. It is not intended for engaging research services (where a Research Services Agreement is more appropriate) and does not have provisions covering materials or data transfer related to the project. As appropriate the Material Transfer Agreement and Data Access and Use Agreement may be used where such transfers are a material part of the arrangement.
The Research Grants and Contracts office can assist with preparing the Collaborative Research Agreement. This agreement will be executed by the Director of Research Grants and Contracts.
