I am a registered Psychologist (with endorsement in Clinical Psychology) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). I am also a Psychology Board of Australia approved Supervisor and Supervisor Trainer.

As an Education Focused Associate Professor with UNSW Psychology, I direct the Master of Psychology (Clinical) program. I also chair the Australian Psychology Placement Alliance (APPA) and was the founding chair of the NSW-ACT Psychology Placement Consortium (NAPC). These are networks of psychology educators overseeing practicum training and governance in postgraduate psychology programs.

In addition, I am also an Accreditation Assessor for the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC).

I manage and coordinate the Placement Review website which hosts two online psychology competency assessment tools, VMAT-CYPRS (Clinical Psychology) and PCAM (Professional Psychology). These assessment tools are used by 19 education institutions across Australia and New Zealand in the assessment of practicum competencies within the context of postgraduate psychology training.
