I am an early career researcher currently working as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with the Justice Health Research Program at the School of Population Health, UNSW. I am also a project manager for the Ageing in Prison Longitudinal Study (A-PLUS) looking at health and frailty trajectories of justice-involved older adults. I have a unique combination of strong industry experience in the non-profit sector and emerging research capability in public health centred on addressing health inequity among priority population including justice-involved older adults, people with intellectual disability and those living with HIV/AIDS.

My extensive experience in the non-profit sector spanned from health services and health systems program management to operational research, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, overseeing health grants (projects valued at AUD $69 million) and evaluation of health and nutrition services.

My research interests are ageing and justice health, palliative care and intellectual disability, health equity, intellectual disability and the criminal justice system, integrated care, and community health services.
