I am a Research Associate in the Implementation to Impact (i2i) team at the School of Population Health, with expertise in Health Services research and diverse research methodologies, including qualitative, quantitative and mixed-methods approaches. I hold a Doctoral degree in Pharmacy focusing on the design, evaluation and implementation of community pharmacist interventions to improve medication adherence.

Throughout my career, I have contributed to various projects that evaluate health technology user experience and enhance pharmacy practice. Currently, my research emphasises the co-design of tailored implementation strategies, use of process mapping, and the application of implementation science frameworks to facilitate the integration of evidence-based healthcare interventions.
