Dr Fumi Ishizuka

Biography

Fumi Ishizuka is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Cluster for Advanced Macromolecular Design (CAMD), the School of Chemical Engineering at University of New South Wales (UNSW). Her research interests focus on the fabrication of nanoparticles via polymerization-induced self-assembly (PISA) for various applications. Fumi Ishizuka is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Cluster for Advanced Macromolecular Design (CAMD), the School of Chemical Engineering at University of New South Wales (UNSW). Her research interests focus on the fabrication of nanoparticles via polymerization-induced self-assembly (PISA) for various applications. She received her BS in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Tokyo University of Sciences in 2012 and MS in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Tokyo in 2014. She then moved to Australia, where she completed her PhD in Chemical Engineering at UNSW in 2018. After working in chemical industry, she moved back to UNSW in 2019 to start working as a Postdoctoral Fellow.
