Jahidur Rahman Khan is a Research Associate (Biostatistics) in the Population Child Health Research Group, School of Clinical Medicine, UNSW. He is a quantitative researcher with extensive experience of collaborating with multidisciplinary researchers and research groups in Australia and abroad. Using advanced quantitative methodologies (e.g., biostatistical models, machine learning algorithms, and spatial models) to improve the health outcomes is his passion. His research also focuses on how environmental features (such as social and physical/climate) shape health and health service utilisation. Jahidur has extensively worked with large survey data as well as with large electronic medical records (linked data). He is passionate about putting research into practise and serving the community through multisectorial collaboration.
