Jane Mowll (she/her) holds a BSW, and PhD from the University of NSW (UNSW) Australia. Her research interests include social work and counselling practices, education, and experiences of care, loss, and grief, with a particular focus on the experiences of people bereaved by investigated / coronial death. She is also a therapist (accredited mental health social worker) with over 25 years practice experience primarily working with people experiencing grief, loss, or bereavement. Jane is the program director for the Master of Counselling Social Work (MCSW) and teaches in the in the BSW (Hons) and the MCSW programs at UNSW.
