My expertise is in data analytics to drive decision-making in healthcare. My approach is to build data pipelines from a variety of data sources, develop and leverage advanced algorithms and artificial intelligence (AI), and perform data analysis and evaluation for patient safety. My background is in engineering and I have been working on developing and evaluating AI on electronic medical record (EMR), algorithms on biomedical data, Internet of Things (IoT) for patient safety with web and mobile app interfaces, and hardware design for biomedical data collection.
I am currently working as part of implementation science team, Implementation to Impact (i2i), with the aim at building a learning health system and translating evidence-based precision medicine into practice to improve patient care in oncology.
