Michelle Bonello is the Hub Manager for the ARC Industrial Transformation Research Hub to Combat  Antimicrobial Resistance with in the Surveillance, Evaluation & Research Program (SERP) at the Kirby Institute. 

Michelle completed her PhD in molecular biology at the School of Medical Sciences, Faculty of Medicine & Health, UNSW Sydney in 2005 and was awarded the UNSW School of Medical Sciences Thesis of the Year 2005/2006. She completed her Masters of Public Health in 2010 at the University of Sydney.
