Biography
Dr Aravind is a clinician and an early career researcher. She is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Neuroscience Research Australia (NeuRA) and a rehabilitation physiotherapist at Prince of Wales Hospital, Sydney. She is also a Conjoint Lecturer at UNSW. Dr Aravind is a clinician and an early career researcher. She is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Neuroscience Research Australia (NeuRA) and a rehabilitation physiotherapist at Prince of Wales Hospital, Sydney. She is also a Conjoint Lecturer at UNSW. She was awarded her PhD from the University of Sydney in 2025. Her research focuses on evidence-based rehabilitation, implementation science, and the use of technology to improve mobility and physical activity in rehabilitation settings. She has led a hybrid implementation–effectiveness trial in a public hospital and is currently the clinical coordinator for a large multi-centre trial implementing the StandingTall program. Dr Aravind brings over 15 years of clinical experience across neurological, cardiac, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation in public and private healthcare settings.
