My Expertise
I have extensive hands-on professional experience combined with high-level technical skills in both processing and analyses of zirconia material for dental application and I recently completed my Ph.D. in the School of Materials Science and Engineering at UNSW Sydney on Y-TZP with focused on developing dental zirconia bio-materials for aesthetic applications. During my Ph.D. project, I used a variety of optical, microstructural, chemical, mineralogical, crystallographic, and defect chemical techniques for analysis. I have nearly 20 years of professional experience in dental materials technology in New Zealand (2001-2013) and Australia (2013-2023) and I have maintained a research profile through the regular publication of my research work since 2009.
