I am an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Lecturer in the School of Health Sciences, Faculty of Medicine & Health. My academic role includes teaching into the Bachelor of Exercise Science / Master of Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology degree here at UNSW. I have worked as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist in numerous public and private rehabilitation settings in NSW and have held teaching and professional practice educator roles at Australian Catholic University during the completion of my PhD.

My program of research aims to facilitate person-centred care in rehabilitation practices. I am particularly interested in how we can use exercise to improve neurological recovery and quality of life, as well as how person factors (e.g., sex, gender) influence engagement. I utilise a mixed method approach (i.e., quantitative and qualitative), working with people with lived experience throughout the research process. I am involved in research in the fields of stroke, paediatric cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, and healthy cognitive aging.
