I undertake research in two areas. My primary research area focuses on the implications of digital technologies for organizations and individuals. Within this research area, I have examined the enablement of digital product innovation, and the adoption of digital technologies including Business Analytics and Artificial Intelligence at the individual and organizational level. My second research area focuses on improving theories and methods in the IS discipline, specifically with a focus on critical realist theorization.

My teaching focuses on the topics of data analytics and Information Systems research methods. For Higher Degree Research supervision, I value students who have skills of independent, critical thinking, and are good at communication in writing and speaking.
