Biography
I am a lecturer at the School of Information Systems & Technology Management, Business School, UNSW Sydney. I obtained my PhD degree at the University of Queensland in 2017. In 2018, my thesis was awarded the ACPHIS (Australian Council of Professors and Heads of Information Systems) Best Australian IS PhD Thesis Award.

I am a lecturer at the School of Information Systems & Technology Management, Business School, UNSW Sydney. I obtained my PhD degree at the University of Queensland in 2017. In 2018, my thesis was awarded the ACPHIS (Australian Council of Professors and Heads of Information Systems) Best Australian IS PhD Thesis Award.
I undertake research in two areas. My primary research area focuses on digital innovation and entrepreneurship. Within this research area, I have examined the enablement of digital product innovation across both entrepreneurial and established companies, and the adoption of innovative digital technologies including Business Analytics and Artificial Intelligence at the individual and organizational level. My second research area focuses on improving theories and methods in the IS discipline, specifically with a focus on critical realist research.
