Benjamin Wilhelm is a PhD Student at the School of Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications at UNSW Sydney. His research focuses on quantum information science with high-spin donors implanted in silicon. Benjamin works on implementing novel control methods for high-spin nuclei, and fabricating next generation quantum devices that interface donor atoms with gate-defined quantum dots.
