Biography

Jerry Jin is an Early Career Academic Fellow in the School of Marketing. He completed his PhD study in the School of Marketing, UNSW Business School. His research examines how organisations use AI technologies (e.g., generative AI and service robots) to improve service delivery and innovation performance. Jerry Jin is an Early Career Academic Fellow in the School of Marketing. He completed his PhD study in the School of Marketing, UNSW Business School. His research examines how organisations use AI technologies (e.g., generative AI and service robots) to improve service delivery and innovation performance. In particular, his research focuses on AI empowerment, service agility, marketing innovation, and human–AI joint leadership. Jerry has extensive teaching experience across both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, particularly in analytics–related courses.
