Biography
Jerry Jin completed his PhD study in the School of Marketing, UNSW Business School. His research examines how organisations use AI technologies (e.g., generative AI and service robots) to improve service delivery. In particular, his research focuses on service agility, AI empowerment, and human–AI joint leadership. His teaching interests include applied marketing research and marketing analytics–related courses.
