Hélène is the Manager of the Recombinant Products Facility, a core research facility at UNSW supporting the biological sciences research community and the biotechnology/bioprocessing industry.

The facility offers expertise and a wide range of resources for protein/biologics production, purification, characterisation, and process development.

With 20 years of experience in bioprocessing, Hélène is highly focused on customer service and thrives on her ability to develop tailor-made solutions that help both internal and external users gain skills and achieve their research goals.

Since 2020, Hélène has been the Vice President of the BioProcessing Network (BPN), a national non-profit organisation with over 1,500 members, and has chaired the organising committee for the BPN annual conferences in 2022, 2023, and 2024.

She is also a member of the BIONSW Manufacturing Committee and an Adjunct Lecturer in the School of Biotechnology & Biomolecular Sciences (UNSW BABS).
