Lily is both an Accredited Practising Dietitian (Australia) and a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (USA). She received 3 Master degrees: Master of Public Health and Master of Infectious Disease Intelligence from the University of New South Wales, Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from University at Buffalo, State University of New York, and Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, Food Studies and Public Health from New York University.

Lily is nearly completing her PhD research the impact of food shaping methods such as 3D food printing on the nutrition of older people with dysphagia at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). Lily has published high impact peer-reviewed papers based on her innovative research and has presented her PhD findings internationally in Ireland and Sweden.
Lily has a wealth of experiences over 10 years in long-term care, sub-acute care, private practice, clinical management and research. She has served on a number of leadership groups including: International Association of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Professionals in Nutrition for Exercise and Sport, Dietitians in Business and Communications, and Greater New York Dietetic Association
