Professor Chyi Lin Lee is a Professor of Property at the University of New South Wales. Professor Chyi Lin Lee is a Professor of Property at the University of New South Wales. His housing and property investment research has been presented at various international conferences and published widely. Recent works on housing and property investment have covered issues such as housing economics, real estate futures contracts, property finance, and housing submarkets and have been published in leading property and multidisciplinary journals in the US and UK, such as the Journal of Real Estate Finance & Economics, Housing Studies, Habitat International, Journal of Cleaner Production, Cities, Computers, Environment and Urban Systems, Energy Policy, Transportation, and Journal of International Money and Finance. He also completed (or is currently working on) numerous externally funded research projects from the property industry in Australia, such as the Australian Housing and Urban Research Institute (AHURI), Transport for NSW, Australian Property Institute, and overseas, such as European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) and European Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicle (INREV). He also received numerous awards for his contributions to property research, such as the Australian Property Institute Achievement (Early Career Researcher) Award in 2015.


My Grants

He has received more than $ 4 million in research grants. He has completed (or is currently working on) numerous externally funded research projects from the property industry in Australia, such as the Australian Housing and Urban Research Institute (AHURI), Transport for NSW, Australian Property Institute, and overseas, such as European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) and European Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicle (INREV).


My Qualifications

He received his PhD from the University of Melbourne. 


My Awards

He has received over ten awards for his research, teaching and learning contributions, including the Australian Property Institute Achievement (Early Career Researcher) Award 2015.
