I am an Associate Lecturer for the School of Health Sciences at UNSW Sydney. My role involves tutoring undergraduate students in Health Behaviour Change (HLTH2000, HLTH3000) and assisting in the development of a novel student-led, interdisciplinary behaviour change service. I am an Associate Lecturer for the School of Health Sciences at UNSW Sydney. My role involves tutoring undergraduate students in Health Behaviour Change (HLTH2000, HLTH3000) and assisting in the development of a novel student-led, interdisciplinary behaviour change service. This work allows me to contribute to areas that I am extremely passionate about: (1) improving students' experience and competencies in tertiary education, and (2) empowering individuals to improve their lifestyle and holistic wellbeing through person-centred, evidence-based approaches. Prior to my current position, I was involved in several academic tutoring and research assistant opportunities for the School of Health Science and the School of Psychology at UNSW Sydney.
