Biography
Gaia is a Research Fellow with the ACDC Research Group in the School of Photovoltaic and Renewable Energy Engineering at the University of New South Wales (UNSW). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of the Philippines Baguio and a Master of Science and Technology in Energy Environment from École Polytechnique, France. She completed her PhD in UNSW, where she developed data-driven methods for improving solar cell characterisation. She now continues this work, with her research focusing on computer vision, machine learning, and data-driven analysis to support the solar cell value chain.
