Level 3: The problem I am most interested in is whether operational frequencies, operational mode shapes and their curvatures can be accurately obtained using GPS receivers and consequently used for health monitoring purposes.
Interest in engineering
Why did you get into engineering?
Two factors were relevant. From an early age I was good at mathematics and had an occasional urge to dismantle things. Also, I was growing up surrounded by people who found engineering to be a highly respectable profession.
Advice for prospective aerospace, mechanical, mechatronics, manufacturing and naval architecture engineers
Work hard but don’t forget to look around you. Engineering is everywhere.
