Biography

Caroline Watts is a Research Fellow at the Sexual Health and Surveillance, Evaluation & Research Programs at the Kirby Institute. She holds a PhD in cancer epidemiology and health economics and an MPH. She is currently conducting cost-effectiveness analysis of using larvicides for malaria control in Kenya and point of care testing for sexually transmitted infections in remote communities in Australia. Caroline Watts is a Research Fellow at the Sexual Health and Surveillance, Evaluation & Research Programs at the Kirby Institute. She holds a PhD in cancer epidemiology and health economics and an MPH. She is currently conducting cost-effectiveness analysis of using larvicides for malaria control in Kenya and point of care testing for sexually transmitted infections in remote communities in Australia. Previously she has conducted health economic evaluations of the management of people at high risk of melanoma. She holds a part-time appointment with the University of Sydney working across several melanoma related projects.
