I am a health systems improvement embedded academic who works closely with health executives, managers and clinicians to support the evidence‑informed planning, implementation and evaluation of services. My work is grounded in organisational studies and knowledge development, providing a rigorous analytical lens for understanding and addressing complex system‑level challenges. Over the past two decades, I have overseen more than 350 quality improvement, Masters and Doctoral translational research projects, and directly supervised 160 of these. My supervisory portfolio spans change management, safety and quality, organisational behaviour, operations management, health system improvement and leadership. My applied research approach integrates academic rigour with practical relevance, generating evidence‑based strategies and recommendations that contribute to meaningful and sustainable improvements across health services.
