He specialises in social policy design, demographic modelling, household surveys, and analysis of health and economic inequality. He has spent the last decade working at the ARC Centre of Excellence in Population Ageing Research (CEPAR), as the Centre’s lead on research translation, focusing on producing and disseminating accessible, policy-related briefing papers that communicate academic insights to policymakers, practitioners, and the media.
