Heather Weltman is currently a PhD candidate in the School of Computer Science & Engineering at the University of New South Wales. Her interest lies in instructional design and the use of adaptive tutorials as an additional resource in the teaching and learning environment. She has an MA e-Learning degree from the University of Technology, Sydney and has been a high school Computer teacher for much of her adult life. Besides having taught various computer subjects to secondary school students, she has also designed and implemented numerous ICT courses and workshops for teachers and administration staff, K-12. She has also project managed numerous technology projects big and small. Her passion lies in assisting and supporting educators integrate technology into their lessons in order to enhance teaching and learning. As a lifelong learner, she believes there is always something new to learn and strive for and that like a circle, learning has no end.
