Biography

Angela Kintominas is a Scientia PhD Scholar and Teaching Fellow at UNSW Law. Her research interests include feminist legal and critical theory, gender, migration and feminized work. Angela Kintominas is a Scientia PhD Scholar and Teaching Fellow at UNSW Law. Her research interests include feminist legal and critical theory, gender, migration and feminized work. Her doctoral project explores the histories and futures of regulating informal household-based domestic work in Australia. She has researched and written on migrant grandparents and childcare, temporary migrant workers, technology and migration, au pairing and surrogacy. Angela obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) from Columbia Law School as a Lionel Murphy Scholar, where she was awarded the Walter Gellhorn Prize for highest academic achievement. She has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons 1) and Bachelor of Laws (Hons 1) from UNSW Sydney, and was the Valedictorian of her LLB graduating cohort.
