Dr Claudia Dobler is a respiratory physician who works at Liverpool Hospital, Sydney, and is interested in evidence-based medicine, clinical, health services and epidemiological research with the aim to improve health care for patients with pulmonary diseases. Dr Dobler is currently a visiting research scholar at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, USA (NHMRC Neil Hamilton Fairley Overseas Fellowship). From 2015 to 2016 she was medical chair of the respiratory network at the New South Wales Agency for Clinical Innovation, which works with clinicians, patients and managers to design and promote better healthcare. Dr Dobler was also an NHMRC TRIP (translating research into practice) fellow 2015-16, based at the Woolcock Institute of Medical Research in Sydney.
