Biography
Dr Charitha de Silva is the Associate Head of School (Education) and a Lecturer in the School of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering at the University of New South Wales. His particular areas of research expertise are in wall-bounded flows, turbulent structure, microfluidics/biofluids and advanced flow diagnostics (particle image velocimetry). Research Collaboration
Dr de Silva collaborates with a number of active researchers from the University of Melbourne (Melbourne Fluids Group), University of Sydney, University of Adelaide and RMIT. Internationally he has joint research projects and/or publications with leading world-class experts in fluid dynamics and multiple institutions from Germany, Netherlands, USA, Norway, and England.
